Product

How does it work for the customer?

They tap the card with any phone. The Brand Challenge Page opens. They play a game, win a discount, enter their email to claim it. No app, no account, no login.

Do my customers need an account or app?

No. Zero accounts, zero passwords, zero apps. Email capture, UGC, and repeat purchases happen as byproducts of playing the game.

How does the Influencer Challenge work?

One of the challenges asks the customer to film or photograph themselves with your product, tag your handle, and upload proof. Bigger reward — 25% off for photos, 35% off for videos. The content lands in your UGC tab with @handle, post URL, and one-click download to repurpose for ads.

What if a customer doesn't tap, or taps many times?

Not tapping: no harm — the unboxing still feels premium. Multiple taps: cooldown timers prevent abuse. The card can be passed to anyone — that's a feature. More taps = more impressions = more brand exposure.

Which businesses is Phygital UX best suited for?

What can I see in my dashboard?

Live tap rate, repeat orders, emails captured, UGC submissions, repeat tappers. A conversion funnel. 30-day trend charts. Per-challenge discount sliders. One-click integration health. Every event scoped to your brand only.

Which platforms do you integrate with?

E-commerce: Shopify and WooCommerce. Email: Klaviyo and Mailchimp. One-click OAuth for all four — no API keys, no manual configuration. Discount codes generated live in your store; email captures sync with attribution per challenge.

How are discount codes created and delivered?

The customer wins, enters their email. Your store generates a unique, single-use code with a 48-hour expiry via the OAuth integration. The code appears with a copy button and countdown. Influencer Challenge codes get a 7-day window.

Where is my data stored? Is it GDPR-compliant?

All data on Cloudflare's EU edge infrastructure (D1 for events and emails, R2 for UGC). Each brand's data is fully isolated — every table keyed by brand, no cross-brand reads possible. Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement available on request.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Emails, redemptions, UGC, every tap event — exportable as CSV from the dashboard, any time. You keep your data even after cancellation.

Billing

What does it cost?

Three line items. €599 one-time setup (custom Brand Challenge Page + software build + production line). €79/month SaaS licence. Kits from €2.29 each at 300 cards down to €0.95 at 20,000+. Reorders: kit cost only, no fees.

How long until my kits are in my hands?

Brand Challenge Page live within 5 working days. Kits designed, encoded, produced, quality-checked, shipped within 10–14 working days of payment confirmation. Reorders ship faster.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Yes, cancel anytime from the dashboard. The €79 subscription stops at the end of the current month. Brand page, integrations, and UGC stay accessible for 30 days for export. You keep every record captured during your subscription.

Can I reorder more kits later?

Anytime, from your dashboard. No setup fee, no design fee, no minimum, no commitment. Just kit cost. Production line is already set up, so reorders ship faster than the first run.

How does VAT work for EU brands?

EU-VAT-registered brands enter their VAT number at signup and are invoiced reverse-charge (0% VAT). NL brands and non-VAT EU buyers are invoiced with 21% Dutch VAT. UK and non-EU brands: VAT-free with export documentation.
